Sourcing & Traceability
Converters are sourced from trusted recycling partners and carefully removed as complete OEM units. Each piece is tagged with the donor vehicle VIN and entered into our system, ensuring full traceability and accurate verification.
Inspection & Qualification
Each unit undergoes a detailed inspection, including visual and internal evaluation of the ceramic substrate. Specialized inspection tools confirm the catalyst is intact and suitable for recertification.
Mechanical Restoration
All threaded ports, including O2 sensor bungs, are re-tapped. Flange surfaces are precision-machined flat, and damaged studs are replaced to restore proper OEM fitment.
Proprietary Multi-Stage Cleaning
Thermal regeneration, pneumatic cleaning, liquid flushing, and bead blasting work together to remove carbon buildup, rust, and contaminants while preserving catalyst integrity.
Performance Testing & Certification
Each unit is tested on a full-scale engine dynamometer, where CO, HC, and NOx emissions are measured in real time to verify OEM-level performance.
OEM Identification & Serialization
Each unit is laser-etched with EPA Manufacturer code "ACX", OEM identifiers, and a unique serial number to ensure full traceability and chain of custody.
Final Inspection & Packaging
Every unit undergoes a comprehensive final inspection to verify craftsmanship, fitment, and performance readiness. Approved units are then securely packaged and prepared for shipment.
